2012 Horoscope

There is no doubt that 2012 is one very powerful and important professional year with Jupiter, planet of luck in your work sector until the 12th June and Mars, warrior planet of the cosmos in your career sector until the 4th July. Mars will normally only spend 6 weeks in your career sector, evoking your professional passions, drives and your determination to not only win, but to put everything you have into everything you do, doing whatever it takes for as long as it takes. However, Mars arrived on the 11th November 2011 and won't leave until nearly 8 months later on the 4th July 2012, his longest visit in 47 years. It's not just that Mars is in your career sector at the same time that Jupiter is in your work sector that makes this such a powerful professional year, especially in the first half of the year, but their relationship not only with each other but with Pluto in your income sector. Yet while this creates some auspicious conditions on the work, career and income fronts that make this the year you've been working towards and the year that everything until now on the professional front will spring from, your personal life won't be going down without a fight. Try as you might to make this a purely professional year, the love gods are sending in the heavy guns. If competitive and passionate Mars can spend 8 months in your career sector then Venus, planet of love is not only going to spend 4 months in your relationship sector, from the 4th April to the 8th August, she'll have untold support. That support includes a solar eclipse on the 21st May, an extremely rare Venus eclipse on the 6th June and Jupiter's return to your relationship sector on the 12th June. This is when the professional and love gods get together and reach a compromise, with your personal life dominating in the second half of the year. The first 9 months of the year are also important for friendship building and working in with others, building some strong alliances.

Love
Powerful forces have been in play on both the romantic and relationship fronts for some time, with a total lunar eclipse in your relationship sector on the 10th December 2011 having an influence on your relationship experiences, reality and expectations before the year even begun. Yet until now, on the relationship front in particular, it's been about creating a level playing field, bringing things to a head, dealing with what you needed to and getting the past resolved. With 2012 holding huge relationship potential, 2011 was a year for distancing yourself from the past or freeing yourself from unauthentic relationships, ready for the real thing. That 'real thing' won't kick off until April, giving you a chance between then to enjoy the romantic conditions in play. Uranus, planet of surprise and synchronicity has been in your romantic sector since May 2010 and won't leave until March 2019, so this is a journey that is still a work in progress. However, Venus' visit to your romantic sector between the 8th February and the 5th March, Mercury's two visits from the 3rd to the 24th March and again from the 17th April to the 9th May and the Sun's from the 20th March to the 20th April, gives you a chance to bring things up to speed. These are the most romantically charged weeks of 2012. Yet these are due to be dwarfed by the huge relationship opportunities that 2012 holds, which will begin before romantic forces have run their course, with a very auspicious cross over period. The relationship surge begins with Venus, planet of love's return to your relationship sector on the 4th April, where instead of staying for her normal 3 weeks she will instead stay for 4 months, not leaving until the 4th August. It's while Venus is in your relationship sector that you'll experience a very rare Venus eclipse on the 6th June, just 6 days before Jupiter, planet of luck returns to your relationship sector on the 12th June. This opens the door to your luckiest relationship year in over a decade, a year that won't run its course until June 2013. It's Venus' retrograde phase, from the 16th May to the 28th June that will open the door to second chances, at the same time that Mercury's visit from the 24th May to the 7th June and the Sun's from the 21st May to the 21st June, will open the door to new beginnings, especially around the time of a solar eclipse on the 21st May.

Money
While 2012 isn't a big money year, in that there are no sudden or dramatic highs or lows, what you have is sustainability and ongoing growth on the income front and just a short period midyear to bring things up to speed on the financial front. With Pluto, planet of change and revolution in your income sector from 2008 to 2024 there isn't a moment of 2012 that there isn't planetary activity here and that things aren't moving, as has been the case for several years and will be for several years to come. Pluto is a revolutionary, who refuses to see you settle for less, for the status quo or to settle for anything, even if that means pushing you out of your comfort zone. Because Pluto is here for so long he operates in the background, so at some level at all times the revolution will continue. It's when there is other planetary activity in your income sector that they'll act as triggers and you'll find that you either have to put in more effort, that you'll have more developments on the income front or as is more likely the case, a bit of both. You move into 2012 with Pluto in an active phase, with the Sun in your income sector until the 21st January and Mercury here from the 8th the 28th January. However, with Venus not visiting your income sector in 2012 and no New Moons here, the early weeks of the year are all about gaining enough momentum for the coming year. As Venus only left your income sector on the 21st December 2011 and you had a New Moon on Christmas Day, you're moving into the year aware of what you want, with a tailwind at your back and to spend the early weeks of 2012 working on your game plan. It's the Sun, Mercury and Venus' move through your financial sector midyear that will put pressure on Pluto, providing the kind of wake up calls that will keep you on track, while also giving you a chance to address things on the financial fronts. The time to focus on your financial situation and your financial game as a whole is from the 7th June to the 22nd July and again from the 8th August to the 7th September. It's in November that you can expect things to pick up again on the income front, with Mars' return to your income sector from the 17th November to the 26th December likely to create some of the most driven and passionate income weeks in a 2 year period. It's then that Mars, planet of war and Pluto, planet of revolution, will come together to create some serious momentum and to break through any glass ceilings. These will be active and lucrative weeks on the income front, but you'll have until February 2013 to tie up all the loose ends.

Business
2012 is the year that you've been waiting for, whether you've realised it or not, for it's the year that everything until now has been moving towards and everything from now will spring from. This makes this a defining professional year, but it's also one where things have been in play long before the New Year and in fact things have been falling into place since as far back as June 2011. It was on the 6th June 2011 that Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion returned to your work sector, kicking off your luckiest and most expansive year for work opportunities in over a decade. Yet as you move into 2012 this is still a work in progress, so much so that you literally have a chance to start over. That's because in the final months of 2011 Jupiter was in retrograde motion, retracing his steps, with his retrograde phase taking him right back to the very start of your work sector, creating an opportunity for a do over, this time with luck and hindsight on your side. Jupiter only turned direct on the 26th December 2011, so in the early days of 2012 you're still in the early days of a comeback phase. With Jupiter not leaving your work sector until the 12th June and the most opportune months still to come, this would be enough to define this as a powerful professional year. But this is only half the story, for the other half of the story is that while Jupiter is bringing things together on the work front Mars, planet of passion, drive and ambition and the warrior planet of the cosmos is creating some spectacular opportunities on the career front. Mars returned to your career sector on the 11th November for what is normally a 6 week visit, aimed at creating a professional boost and a chance to both reengage your professional drives and passions and point them in the right direction. But Mars is not moving on and instead will stay until the 4th July, 3 weeks after Jupiter leaves your work sector. This is Mars' longest visit to your career sector in 47 years, but it's his working relationship with both Jupiter in your work sector and Pluto in your income sector that sets the scene for a stunning first half of 2012 on all fronts. Yet while Jupiter and Mars are the driving forces on the work and career fronts, they are spearheads for plenty of back up support. You'll find the best opportunities and the most growth on the work front between the 5th March and the 24th May, while the most progress on the career front is most likely to happen after Mars leaves. Mars will achieve a lot while he's here, but this will trigger even more professional opportunities between the 23rd August and the 29th October.
2013 Horoscope

There are 3 main themes dominating the year, one that will remain a central theme throughout the year, one that will dominate the first half, another that will dominate the second half, with the middle months providing a cross over between the two. The underlining theme that will not only dominate this year but next year as well is Saturn's position in an intuitive, imaginative and internally focused part of your chart, where since October 2012 he's been on a mission to bring home a Saturn cycle that began in 1985. Saturn will return to your sign for a few months in 2014, testing the waters and returning here to process that early information, before returning to your sign for good in September 2015, to bring a brand new 30 year Saturn cycle of learning, growth and empowerment. Saturn is still in the early months of a mission to tie up loose ends, bring things home and to help you make sense of the journey you've been on since 1985. While this means that you'll need more time to go within, there is little chance that you'll navel gaze your way through the year, but you'll soon learn when you need to pull back. The other main themes are on the relationship and financial fronts, with relationship matters dominating the first half of the year and financial matters the second, with a crossover in the middle months of the year. This is where Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion will divide his time, with his 12 month visit to your relationship sector ending on the 26th June and his 12 month visit to your financial sector beginning at the same time. With the faster moving planets rushing to Jupiter's side at this cross over time, you'll find that relationship matters improve the further into the year you go and especially in May and June, though you will have until Mars leaves on the 14th July to get things to where you want them to be. By then Jupiter will already be in your financial sector, as will the Sun, Mercury and Venus, while Mars is shifting his focus to money matters when he leaves your relationship sector on the 14th July. Throughout the year there will be plenty of opportunities to get things up to speed on the home and professional fronts, with the underlying theme to anything needing to be a strong reliance and trust in your inner voice and instincts.

Love:
You begin the year with Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion in your relationship sector, putting you at the halfway point in your luckiest relationship year in over a decade, one that runs from June 2012 to June 2013. However, if it seems that you're anything but lucky on the relationship front it's because the journey is far from over and from the get go Jupiter has always been committed to saving the best till last. It's not that Jupiter or the love gods are holding out on you, only that this is how long the journey will take and it's not until Venus, planet of love returns on the 10th May and Mercury, planet of communication on the 16th May, the Sun on the 21st May and Mars, planet of passion on the 31st May that you'll be ready to bring things home. From Venus' return on the 10th May to Jupiter's departure on the 26th June you have some of the most important relationship weeks of the year, weeks where you need to be ready to give your all. It's during a New Moon on the 9th June, the last with luck on your side for another 12 years that you need to be ready to commit to both your relationships and the future. Yet even though Jupiter will leave your relationship sector on the 26th June you have until the 14th July to tie up loose ends. Yet as you move into the New Year, with Jupiter in retrograde motion until the 31st January and some relationship challenges or tensions late last year, it may appear that things are either on hold or going backwards. This is when you need to keep your eye on that 10th May to 14th July period, as the point that you are working towards. This gives you time, in the early months of the year to focus on all things romantic, with the most romantically charged weeks of the year kicking off with Mars' return to your romantic sector on the 11th March and ending with Mercury's departure on the 2nd May, just 8 days before the most important relationship months of the year kick off. Throw yourself into your romantic passions from the 11th March to the 20th April, aware that the laws of attraction and synchronicity will both be in effect from the 22nd March to the 15th April. Venus' move through your sign from the 8th October to the 5th November, a lunar eclipse in your romantic sector on the 19th October and a Full Moon in your relationship sector on the 5th November, will contribute some exciting developments.

Money:
For the fourth year in a row you'll move into the New Year with Pluto in your income sector and as this will be your reality through till 2024, this is now part of your new normal. With the Sun always spending the first 3 weeks of every year in your income sector, you are always going to be focused on developments on the income front, ready to start the way you intend to go on. This year you're likely to be even more fired up with Mars, planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos having only left your income sector on Boxing Day 2012 and as he won't return in 2013, holding on to the passion and fighting spirit he left you with is essential. If you don't quite know where to channel this keep your options open until Mercury returns on New Year's Day and Venus on the 9th February. By the time Venus leaves your income sector on the 2nd February Pluto will be back on his own, with the focus shifting to keeping things on track, with the help of a Full Moon on the 23rd June. While things will pick up again, in some surprising ways later in the year, in the middle months of the year the focus will shift to your financial situation and money matters as a whole. It's while Mercury is in your financial sector from the 31st May to the 9th August, Venus from the 3rd June to 28th June and the Sun from the 21st June to the 22nd July that everything will change. What changes everything is Jupiter, planet of luck and expansion's return to your financial sector on the 26th June, with his 12 month visit that won't run its course until mid 2014 your luckiest and most expansive money year in over a decade. Mars' return to your financial sector from the 14th July to the 28th August and the financial passions and fighting spirit that come with this, will help you to seize the opportunities and potential that this opens the door to. With Mars not returning to your income sector this year, the Sun not returning until the 22nd December and Mercury not until Christmas Day, it would appear to be nothing more than an annual update, running the risk of being swamped by overwhelming financial forces, with Jupiter on the other side of the sky, in your financial sector and in opposition. Yet it's then that the money gods are pulling out what has to be considered a Hail Mary pass, something that is kept in reserve for very special occasions. They play it this year in the form of Venus, planet of money, desire and attraction's return to your income sector on the 5th November, where instead of spending just a few weeks attracting opportunities, she won't leave until the 6th March 2014. This is Venus' longest visit to your income sector in over 200 years, with the last time this happened having been from November 1802 to March 1803.

Business:
Compared to the start that your 2012 professional year got off to 2013 is relatively tame, yet it's because of what's already invested that you now get to enjoy the benefits. Backtrack a year and you moved into 2012 with Jupiter planet of luck and expansion in your work sector and Mars not only in your career sector, but in the early days of an 8 month visit, his longest in 47 years. With Jupiter in your work sector until June 2012 and Mars in your career sector until July 2012, this gave your 2012 professional year a frenetic start and your professional game one of its biggest boosts in decades. Fast forward 12 months and you're moving into 2013 with no planetary activity in your career sector and none in your work sector, though you have the South Node there keeping things on track. Where last year was at the extreme high end of the scale the start to your 2013 professional year is at the extreme low end of the scale, but after all that you invested last year this is when you get to ease back and enjoy the benefits of all you invested and worked for last year. While you'll have no planetary activity in either of your professional houses until the Sun returns to your work sector on the 20th April, as he does at this time every year, as the rest of the planets start arriving in their first visit since Jupiter left this is when everything should start coming together, making this anything but an annual catch up. This should create some exceptionally busy and successful weeks on the work front, weeks that begin with the Sun's return on the 20th April, will conclude with Mars' departure on the 31st May, just 6 weeks later, but will culminate with a solar eclipse on the 10th May. With the South Node in your work sector from August 2012 to February 2014, this is the force behind this eclipse, but also the force that will keep whatever is triggered during these very active 6 weeks going. After that you have just under 2 months to let things settle before things start to move on the career front and while you'll have the same amount of support in that the Sun, Mercury, Venus and Mars will all move through, instead of concentrating this into a very tight 6 week period, they're more spread out by the time they reach your career sector. This gives you more time to play things and will bring a less frenetic pace. It begins with Venus' return to your career sector on the 23rd July but won't end until Mars' departure on the 8th December, giving you time to pace yourself and really work on cementing your professional game, situation and options.

Learn About Sagittarius

Sagittarius is good at having fun. Ruled by jovial Jupiter, these sunny, cheerful, adventurous folk have one motto - don't worry, be happy. From climbing mountains to seeking the perfect wave, Sags love adventure and can't wait to go out and find it. Sags have lots of friends, because they are so much fun. They have a great sense of humor and will party without any excuse at all. Sags can be quite philosophical about life, and never stop learning, usually by traveling and experiencing different cultures for themselves.

The trouble is they get so enthused every time something new comes along that they quickly move on and forget the old. Make sure you don't diss people who love you and have walked the wire for you, because things get downright ugly when Sags tumble from those high places and need their friends again.
