How to Order Astrology Reports
Ordering is easy - follow these steps:

1. Choose a Category of Astrology Interpretation.
2. Select the Astrology Report you wish to purchase.
4. Fill in form details as requested.
5. You will have the opportunity to check that details are correct before continuing.
6. Fill in Credit Card or Paypal payment details.
7. Note your order number in case there is a query about your order.
8. After payment: Emailed Astrology Report orders will also be available to download immediately as well as emailed.

Ordering is through secure payment gateway.

General Payment Queries - FAQ's

Question: Is my payment secure?
Answer: All transactions are handled using SSL encryption to ensure your payment details are kept secure.

Question: Is my order private?
Answer: A link to your report will be displayed after the checkout process is complete. As well, a copy of your report will also be sent to your personal email address. The URL to your report will not be disclosed to any third parties.

To further protect your privacy, you may also choose to use your initials, rather than your full name, when ordering your report. This will not affect any of the calculations used in creating your report as only your birth information is used.

Question: How do I know if my payment has gone through?
Answer: You will receive a transaction confirmation email showing details of the purchase you have made, including a purchase Transaction ID.

If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will be able to arrange a refund, if necessary, and answer any other queries you have about your order.

Question: What forms of payment do you accept?
Answer: We currently accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal.

Question: Your system says that my card number is invalid
Answer: Please double-check your card number, and make sure you are not including any spaces. The number we require is the long number that spans the width of your card. The number will be 15 or more digits, depending on your card type.

Question: What is your refund policy?
Answer: Please take the time to review the sample reports before placing your order, as we do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your report we will exchange it for another report of equal value. Please contact a customer service representative for more information.
